1) Tune in and trust your intuition;
2) Only say yes to the things that align with your values;
3) Set firm boundaries;
4) Clear any crap in your space (including negative people / those who try to project their own fears and insecurities onto you);
5) Consistently challenge yourself to do things that your brain tells you you ‘CAN’T’ – because smashing ceilings is fun;
6) Prioritise self-care because you’re in it for the long haul – it’s a marathon not a sprint.
